RMA collection

We have an established procedure, integrated within the logistics structure of our company, for the processing of RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorisation). Thanks to this procedure, we optimise the procedures for the repair and replacement of defective products.

In this way our company takes care of all the necessary procedures, allowing our clients to continue to focus on their business without this type of situation diminishing their productivity.

Maintenance and outsourcing

Our integral technological maintenance service allows us to keep our clients’ computer park updated and operational at all times. The mainstay of this service is our network of more than 150 Official Service Points (PDS) throughout the country. At TEKNOSERVICE we find our best allies in the business network of each province, which provides proximity to the client and agility in service. Our Service Points have extensive experience in the sector and have passed a rigorous approval process designed to standardise our customer service.

We also offer Personnel Outsourcing services, for the total or partial management of the installations, system maintenance and incident support.
